Our Process


 

Signing the Contract
  • Payment of Property Management Fees (DD/Cheque- Payable at Par, Electronic Fund Transfer[EFT])
  • Payment of Deposit (For Utility Bills, Property Tax, etc.)
  • Propmart sends a confirmation, activation of services and schedule of services under management.
Reporting
  • Through an email as per schedule of services.
  • Scans of documents (Bill Payment, Statutory Payments)

Frequently Asked Questions


What are the services offered by Propmart under PMS?
As per need we have introduced 3 packages:
» Tenancy Package: For Customers who want to rent out their property.
» Vacant Property Package: For Customers not willing to rent their property but still want it to be maintained.
» Occupancy Package: For customers who want the property to be maintained while it's being occupied.
Why are the charges levied on a per square feet basis?
Propmart retains vendors for carrying out the property management services, since most of our vendors charge us on a per square feet basis. Hence the charges are levied accordingly.
Which are the cities where Propmart offers PMS?
Presently we cater to Bangalore, but soon we shall start our services in Mumbai and Chennai.
I'm an NRI, How would I come to know that the service has been rendered?
We give you a service schedule at the begining of the Contract. All services are provided as per the schedule. A confirmatory email is sent to you within 4 working days from the date of service rendered, mentioning the service provided. Also, we'll provide you with the information in your Quarterly reports sent to you w.r.t. services and accounts.
Can you customize the package as per the service I require?
Infact, the packages are designed to cater to your utmost important needs. While it will not be possible to alter the basic package chosen by you, you'll be able to add any further service to your package from other packages. This will be charged to you on a pro-rata basis.
Is the Contract transferrable to another property/person?
No, The contract can't be transferred to another property or person.
Do you take any guarantee of the quality of service/s delivered?
Propmart exercises utmost care to verify the quality of service provided by our various vendors prior to their empanelment. These vendors are selected based on their experience & expertise in their respective feilds as well as market reference. However, since these are external vendors we do not undertake the accountability. In any such rare event we do facilitate to resolve the disagreement.
What is Propmart's liability for deficiency of services provided by any of the empanelled vendors?
Propmart will take all care to ensure the satisfaction of the client for the service provided through its empanelled vendors. However, in the unlikely event that the service was deemed sub-standard by the client, Propmart undertakes to refund the pro-rata cost of the service provided (but not the package cost)
